Coaching Your Kids workshop is intended to help parents gain an understanding of the difference between validations versus invalidation. Parents will learn the effects of invalidation, how to help children recover from it and how it can be implemented into their daily routines using skillful behavior and a mindful approach. Register
This session will explore the challenges of being a single parent and focus on single-parent families' strengths. We will discuss how to build self-esteem and confidence in single parents, discover how to implement lasting traditions and provide strategies for dealing with access and visitation. Register
