We are Mindful Moments, an evidence-based mindfulness program for children, aged 8-12 years old. The program is intended to help children respond less reactively to stress, develop compassion and empathy and tolerate difficult emotions. The content of the program will focus on supporting skills to reduce stress, manage strong emotions, and build positive relationships. The program is intended to support children to fully experience joys and difficulties of family life and to develop stronger bonds.

This program will be once a week for 8-weeks on Wednesday’s starting on February 7 – March 27, 2024,  6:00 pm – 7:30 pm.
