Mindful parenting has become a buzzword in the parenting community lately but what does it actually mean? Participants in this workshop will learn the benefits of mindfulness, how to practice it, and how to centre mindfulness in your parenting practices. Additionally, participants will learn skills to improve their mind-body connection and increase their ability to manage and regulate emotions.

This program is free of charge and open to parents and caregivers across Canada. All participants will receive a certificate of completion for each workshop they participate in.
