Are you having power struggles with your tween? Mindful Moments provides the practical skills to help you and your child (between the ages of 8-12)  build a stronger relationship and reduce family stress.  Children will learn to develop mindfulness and self-regulation skills through coaching and indoor and outdoor activities this summer with our free 5 day program.

Programs offered summer 2024, daily 9:00 am 12:00 pm:

  • July 22 – July 26, 2024
  • August 12 – 16, 2024
  • August 19 – 23, 2024
