If you’re curious about self-employment and wondering if entrepreneurship is right for you, PowerUP Explore is a 2 week (4 session) introductory program designed for women who want to explore the idea of starting their own business. This program offers interactive assessments and practical training to help you kickstart your entrepreneurial journey. In this program, you’ll learn what self-employment really means—and whether it’s a fit for you, how to develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), financial basics (including personal budgeting) and more.

Consulting Catalyst is a high-impact, 8-week hybrid program designed for independent women consultants ready to move beyond solo practice and scale their consultancy with intention. Facilitated by Certified Management Consultants and industry experts, this program delivers practical strategies for growth—covering positioning, client acquisition, systems, team expansion, financial planning, and brand visibility. Each participant will leave with a personalized Scaling Blueprint, tailored to their unique goals and values along with a USB with digital tools and templates to leverage.
