
Wellness Tuesday’s: Parental Burnout (I) & (II)
(I) Caregivers are invited to look at parental burnout not as something to “fix,” but as part of the ongoing cycles of parenting, energy, and care. Through open conversations, we will unpack how burnout can show up in our lives, how we relate to it, and how parenting can feel during overwhelming moments.
(II) Building from the previous session, caregivers will continue the conversation around capacity and recharge. Rather than focusing on solutions, this session creates space to reflect on how we show up for ourselves while balancing the ongoing demands of parenting.
