(Calgary, AB) – As businesses and their employees continue to struggle with managing stress and conflict through the pandemic, YW Calgary has tapped into its deep clinical expertise in high conflict and mental health to create an innovative training solution called Mindfulicity that is building valuable coping skills for thousands in the workplace. Mindfulicity helps manage conflict before it starts.

Mindfulicity is a cutting-edge, digital training program that offers micro-learning modules to help employees navigate stress, regulate emotions, and build conflict management skills for the workplace. Mindfulicity’s ten, online, 15-minute modules can be accessed anytime, anywhere, on any device, and are designed to be relatable to employees at all levels of an organization. Anyone can take a module and immediately put these skills into action to drive better relationships, communication, and decision-making.

“By investing in this training, organizations are leading the way by supporting the well-being of their employees at a critical time and helping those most vulnerable in the community said Sue Tomney, CEO, YW Calgary. “As a social enterprise, Mindfulicity’s proceeds go directly towards ensuring YW Calgary has the ability to provide vital services to women and families to ensure they don’t just survive – they thrive.”
