YW spends approximately 20% of its annual budget on our People Services team to ensure we have qualified, experienced and compassionate staff, on our Financial Team to ensure we are being fiscally responsible, on Information Technology to ensure we have the tools in place for reporting, on our Communication team to ensure that Calgarians know who to turn to when faced with poverty, homelessness and abuse.
