Building your village can start with small moments of connection. Join us for a welcoming evening where single moms can connect with one another and explore community resources and support systems together. Snacks and childminding will be provided.
We know your children are growing and learning new skills every day! Our Show and Tell day provides the opportunity to put those skills on display, share stories from the past month, or show videos or pictures for those kids that get struck with some performance anxiety when the spotlight is on them.
Being a parent is a full-time job, but that doesn’t mean you don’t get to have any fun! Grown-up Games is a chance for parents and older children to break loose and have some fun playing Minute To Win-it style games.

The path of childhood development is rarely linear, but it does scaffold. Family Champions brings you the opportunity to not only engage with scaffolded developmental activities, but to come up with creative next steps that are right for you and your child.
Take some time to care for yourself with gentle yoga and mindful movement led by experienced yoga instructor Tracy. Bring your little one along (child-minding is provided) or come on your own. No previous yoga experience is needed.
A monthly opportunity to check-up on developmental progress with our Families Forward facilitators. Voluntary Ages and Stages Questionnaires (ASQs) will be conducted and Family Champions will be on hand with some educational information and developmental activities to engage with.
