Being a parent is hard and we just can never learn enough from others that have been parents, too.  You are invited to our open discussion, inviting all parents and caregivers to chat about different topics related to parenting and child development.

November topics include:

  • Nov. 2nd – What are Your Parenting Questions?
  • Nov. 3rd – Learning, Practicing and Modelling Assertiveness in Relationships (ages 7-13)
  • Nov. 14th – Parenting in a Gendered World (ages 0-17)
  • Nov 17th – Bellies and Babies!
  • Nov. 24th – Book Club:  Whole Brain Child – Chapter 2
  • Nov 26th – Navigating Peer Relationships (ages 7-13)

This is a Family Resource Network workshop. The Family Resource Network is a collaborative group of community-based service providers offering prevention and early intervention services and supports for families with young children and teens.
