Building stronger family connections

When: Wednesday, November 13 – January 22, 2020

5:30 pm – 7:30 pm

Each session includes:
• Mindfulness skills coaching and activities
• Self-regulation skills and stress reduction
strategies
• Parallel parent and child (ages 8-12) group
sessions
You will learn how to:
• Keep your cool when your children escalate
•Help your children manage strong emotions
• Be present with your children
