One-on-One Personal Training
A life program that is complete and thorough. Learn how to incorporate physical activity, proper nutrition and healthy living into your daily routine.
Whatever your fitness goal may be, one of our personal trainers can help you achieve it, safely and efficiently.
- 5 Sessions-$236.25 (members), $341.25 (non-members)
- 10 Session-$446.25 (members), $630.00 (non-members)
- 20 sessions-$840 (members), $1155 (non-members)

Small Group Training (2-6 participants)
Get a few friends together and train with one of our highly-qualified personal trainers. Small group training can be a lot of fun, as well as provide motivation and accountability for maximum progress. Minimum 10 sessions/group.
(Nutrition available to 2 people only with no minimum of sessions)
- 2 People-$29.75 each/session
- 3 People-$25.50 each/session
- 4 People-$23.88 each/session
- 5 People-$22.65 each/session
- 6 People-$19.50 each/session
Personalized Health & Fitness Programs
Receive guidance in the gym at an affordable rate and obtain a personalized strength program to suit your needs and goals. Stay motivated by receiving a new program each month that continually evolves as you do.
With our Fitness Initial Program, you will receive one hour with a trainer and a monthly update that includes a revised program and 30 minutes with a trainer. $78.75 (members), $105 (non-members) initial program and $50 (members), $75 (non-members) program update.
Canadian Physical Activity and Fitness Lifestyle Appraisal (CPAFLA) testing is used to assess levels of aerobic fitness, musculoskeletal fitness and overall health. This is a great tool that will allow you to monitor your progress throughout the year. $78.75 (members), $105 (non-members)
