Calvin is a personal trainer and nutrition coach who helps people from all walks of life to attain their optimal health and fitness goals. He is a graduate of the Mount Royal University personal training program and has worked as a trainer at the YWCA since 2005.

Calvin is a strong advocate of methods that integrate effective training and optimal nutrition believing that “you can’t out-train poor nutrition”. Calvin’s custom training programs are both innovative and highly effective.
