All of our personal trainers at YWCA Fitness on 5th are highly qualified and experienced in developing a fitness program that is just right for you.

Our goal is to provide the best in fitness and wellness programs.

Our trainers have a Diploma in Personal Fitness Training and at least one provincially or nationally recognized certification, plus CPR and Standard First Aid.
